Today was a pretty big fitness day for Boomer, totaling 25.2 miles. It consisted of:
- 1.2 mile of walking early in the morning.
- 7 mile bike ride after seminary before my volunteer shift at the library
- 3 mile run after my library shift while watching Sherlock
- 10 mile bike ride after taking one the children to work
- 4 mile bike ride after picking up another child from play practice.
